Speed Limit
 Please
maintain a safe speed when in the development. Although, the posted speed limit
is 15mph, many of our residents think this a bit slow and are in hurry to get home. Do you
realize that if you maintain a speed of 15mph from the entrance gate to the
furthest point in the development, you will reach your destination in about 90
seconds. Do you believe that shaving off a few seconds of time is that valuable
to put at risk children and other pedestrians? We do not have sidewalks or
street lights. Keep your speed down.
Lions, Tigers, and Bears, Oh My !
 We
live in the desert and have to deal with snakes, spiders, scorpions, coyotes,
javelinas, and other critters. (Not many tigers, though.) In spring and autumn
it is common to see snakes in the area. During Halloween, a herd of about 20
javelinas feasted on the many pumpkins that were on the streets. Bobcats have
been seen by many residents. And, of course, we have regular serenades by
