Cell Phone Distributed
Antenna Systems

We want to thank everyone who returned their consent forms for the
second faux cactus antenna. Approximately 70% of the home
owners granted their consent for this project. Crown Castle, the cell phone DAS
provider, has completed the installation of the two DAS (Distributed
Antenna System) ... one on the light pole at the community entrance.
NewPath/Crown Castle
has now completed the installation of the second DAS, a faux cactus
DAS, on the lot at 133rd Way and Sorrel.
The addition of the second DAS will enhance the
cell phone coverage for the entire community. At the present time,
AT&T is the current subscriber to the DAS, but NewPath/Crown Castle expects
that Verizon and Sprint will likely subscribe as well. Besides providing
enhanced cell phone coverage for our community, NewPath/Crown Castle will be
paying an annual rent of approximately $3,000 per year.
