Improvement Project

The HOA meeting to vote for the Improvement Project failed to pass.  However, we are leaving this information on the web site as reference.

Our neighborhood is about 13 years old now and there are several areas that need attention including upgrading of our landscaping, gates and gate actuators, and some additional items for open discussion.  Here is a short list of projects that we are considering:

• Renew common area landscaping
• Clean-up of the wash areas
• Replacing the gates
• New gate actuators and telephone access system
• Resurfacing of the stamped concrete in the front entry area
• Adding stacked stone accents to the front entry area
